It is very important to have the proper termination at each end of the TC400D network chain. Each Lan connector on the back of the TC400D/CP-10 has two jacks. they both are identical…. and there should be somthing plugged into each jack…either a cable networking the two TC400D/CP10’s together or a terminator.

For example, if you have 2 TC400D’s and one CP10 and you want them all networked together.

TERM——->TC400D————->TC400D—————>CP10———>Term

You may get them to work without having termination but the longer the cable between them is, the more problems you will have.
