BrightEye Encoders use advanced H.264 coding techniques to give superb performance even at low bit rates and produce a High and Low Resolution MPEG-4 output simultaneously. The independent Decoder can receive an MPEG-4 transport stream via Unicast or Multicast on Gigabit Ethernet and provides baseband output to 3G, HD, or SD-SDI with embedded audio.
